Our Approach

Not every 3D project is the same. Workflow for a packaging visual for example differs from an interior visual. With each project, we understand that the process can be streamlined to reduce costs depending on your project's requirements. We believe in sharing the benefits of using certain methods of production to enable you to obtain the best results - the easier it is for us... the cheaper it is for you!

1

Quotation

We make a quote based on seeing an initial brief, the type and quality of the supplied data, and any other extra information is provided. The more data and the clearer the brief - then the more accurate the quotation.

2

Briefing

Once we have confirmation of the project and acceptance we will meet to discuss your requirements and expectations. At this stage, we will assess the data provided and the formats supplied. We will also discuss the number and type of output required.

3

First Approval

The first stage approval is basically to give an idea of what the visual/visuals may look like. This image is so that initial comments and discussions can take place and show the direction of the work. It is easier for you to give feedback when there is something to look at.

4

Second Approval

This is usually the stage where details need to be confirmed or adjusted (such as lighting, shadows, materials and camera angles.) At this stage, changes are logged on a check-list.

5

Third Approval

This is where details discussed at the second stage are assessed and finalised. This may involve producing a few images for approval as subtle details are ironed out. Minor changes can be implemented and we will tweak the visual until it reaches the sign-off stage.

6

Sign off

Once sign-off has been agreed we will send out the image at print resolution via FTP download.
